Description
The IFS V-Form is a dry media unit suited for use in commercial and industrial air conditioning and ventilation systems. It can be used as a primary filter to prevent dust build-up on heating / cooling coils, fans and ductwork, or alternatively as pre-filter to extend the service life of final filters. The V-Form’s pleated media pack comprises a surface area larger than its face area, resulting in an extended service life. Made to order at our factory in Heidelberg West using Australian materials, the V-Form can be manufactured to virtually any height / width required and in depths ranging between 35 mm and 100 mm. Available in G3 / MERV 6 (washable), G4 / MERV 8 and F5 / MERV 9 classes.
Manufactured to order at our factory in Heidelberg West using Australian made needle punched polyurethane filtration media, comprising dual layer / dual denier configuration and thick 20 mm loft. Galvanised mesh is stuck to this nonwoven break resistant media for added strength, which is then crimped into pleats and surrounded by a galvanised steel or aluminium frame (heavy gauge and stainless steel options available). End plates are added to the top and bottom to prevent air by-pass and the unit is secured with pop rivets. The V-Form can be made to virtually any height / width required and in depths ranging between 35 mm and 100 mm. Standard F5 / MERV 9 efficiency class, with G3 / MERV 6 (washable) and G4 / MERV 8 options available. IFS V-Form filters can be easily made up into banks using IFS F-Type Holding Frames to suit any required air flow capacity.
