IFS filtration media is suited to a variety of pre-filter or primary filter applications. Bulk Media rolls can be used to provide pre-filtration to extend the life of primary filters, to provide temporary protection to filter banks in the vicinity of construction works or as primary filters in old style deep bed box holding frames. Our Bulk Media rolls come in a variety of standard sizes or can be cut to smaller sizes as required. Available in a range of efficiency classes.
IFS G3 Bulk Media rolls filter coarse particles. Manufactured using Australian made needle punched polyester, they provide low resistance to air flow and are classed low efficiency. They are a single denier washable product with a 15 mm loft. IFS G4 and F5 Bulk Media rolls are both manufactured using Australian made needle punched polyurethane disposable type media with 20 mm loft and dual layer / dual denier configuration. IFS G4 (MERV 8) Bulk Media rolls provide low to medium efficiency and low resistance to air flow. IFS F5 (MERV 9) Bulk Media rolls filter finer particles, providing medium efficiency while maintaining a relatively low pressure drop. Our 610/25 and 508/25 products suit older type 24” and 20” deep bed boxes respectively.
