IFS FP610 ‘four peak’ type deep bed bag filters suit wide variety of commercial and industrial applications. They are a compact and economical option, ideal for use where medium efficiency, low pressure differential, medium dust holding capacity / service life are required. The FP610 is configured to maximise media surface area without excessive depth and is therefore suited to applications with space restrictions between the filter bank and coil. FP610 filters are simple to change-out at the end of their service life and are disposable type. Available in G4 / MERV 8 and F5 / MERV 10 classes. Half size FP305 bags also available.
IFS FP610 deep bed bag filters are manufactured at our factory in Heidelberg West using Australian made needle punched polyurethane disposable type media, comprising dual layer / dual denier configuration. Available in G4 / MERV 8 and F5 / MERV 10 classes and reverse or standard flow configuration. The FP610’s multi-pyramidal configuration provides maximum filtration surface area without excessive depth, therefore being suited to installations with space restrictions between the filter bank and coil. These filters are simply replaced upon service life expiry by fitting a new bag filter to the reusable and removable inner basket which is installed tightly to the fixed holding frame using fastening clips / lugs. The inner basket comprises support wires which maintain pocket rigidity. These filters can easily be constructed into filter banks to suit a required air flow capacity using standard IFS FP610 Holding Frame Sets.
